The Board establishes policy and approves new rules. The District Board also appoints the Air Pollution Control Officer and District Hearing Board. The Board generally meets the 4th Thursday monthly at 326 Huss Drive, Suite 100, Chico, California.
Butte County Air Quality Management District (the "District") is committed to ensuring that its services are accessible to all
